Dubai: UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has approved the allocation of 4,631 residential land plots for Emirati citizens, with a total value of AED 5.3 billion.
The land spans over 71 million square feet and is part of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, aimed at ensuring quality housing and improving living standards for citizens. Two new modern residential communities have also been approved in Al Ayyas, Latifa City, and Mushrif, featuring advanced infrastructure and amenities.
Authorities stated that providing suitable housing for every Emirati family remains a key priority in Dubai’s development strategy.
The allocation process will begin next week through the “Emarati” platform on the Dubai Now app.
The distribution includes 2,540 plots in Al Ayyas, 1,761 plots in Latifa City, and 330 plots in Mushrif. The new communities will include public parks, green spaces, and recreational facilities designed to enhance quality of life.
The announcement, made during Ramadan, is expected to benefit thousands of Emirati families.
