Dubai has wrapped up 2025 with significant updates to public parking charges across 17 key areas, following the completion of a comprehensive tariff rollout by Parkin, the emirate’s largest provider of paid public parking facilities and services.
The revised parking structure, implemented and fine-tuned throughout the year, includes new tariffs, adjustments to existing rates, and the standardisation of hourly limits and subscription packages. According to Parkin, the changes are aimed at improving parking efficiency, managing high-demand zones, and easing traffic congestion across busy districts.
Under the updated system, parking fees now range from Dh2 for 30 minutes or one hour in select locations to Dh36 for 24 hours in premium or high-demand areas. Subscription options have also been revised, with monthly packages starting from Dh300, while annual subscriptions can go up to Dh4,040, depending on location and demand levels.
The new tariff framework is designed to balance the needs of residents, workers, and visitors, while encouraging better utilisation of public parking spaces across the city.
