It’s finally official — Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are getting married.
Putting years of speculation to rest, Rashmika shared the joyful news on her Instagram story, announcing that the couple will tie the knot on February 26. In an emotional note to fans, she revealed that their wedding will be called “The Wedding of VIROSH,” a name lovingly given to the couple by their admirers.
“Our Dearest loves… before we made any plans… you were already there,” Rashmika wrote, thanking fans for their constant support. “With full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour.”
The two actors have been rumoured to be dating since their blockbuster film Geetha Govindam (2018), where their on-screen chemistry won millions of hearts. Although they never publicly confirmed their relationship, reports of their engagement surfaced in October 2025, with Vijay’s team confirming the news to Hindustan Times.
Rashmika was last seen in Rahul Ravindran’s The Girlfriend (2025) alongside Dheekshith Shetty and has Mysaa, directed by Rawindra Pulle, in the pipeline. Vijay, meanwhile, was recently seen in Gowtam Tinnanuri’s Kingdom alongside Satyadev and Bhagyashree Borse.
With the official announcement now out, fans of “Virosh” are eagerly awaiting what promises to be one of the most celebrated celebrity weddings of the year.
