Fezco Group, a leading construction and development company, has announced its ambitious Vision 2040 roadmap, outlining plans to launch 78 new projects that are expected to generate over 20,000 job opportunities across India and international markets. The announcement was made in Dubai, with the total investment pegged at ₹100 billion crore.
Under Vision 2040, Fezco Group plans to invest approximately ₹100 billion in key sectors including real estate, hospitality, education, and project management across twelve cities in India and the Middle East. The group is currently involved in large-scale commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
Several major projects are scheduled for launch this year, including Fezco Fiora Apartment, Fezco Zenvia Apartment, Fezco Grandeur Apartment, Fezco Novara Apartment, and Fezco Florida Apartment, along with the Fezco Lumiere Resort and the Habit Finishing School. The group’s Fez Inn Hotel, located at Markaz Knowledge City in Kozhikode, is already functioning as an international hospitality centre, while the adjacent Fezco Freezia Apartment project is nearing completion.
Fezco Group has also made significant inroads into the education sector. Through Fez Inn Academy, hundreds of students are currently enrolled in degree and diploma programmes in hospitality management in collaboration with Yenepoya University. Additionally, a short-term hospitality management course is being conducted in association with TÜV SÜD, the German technical testing and certification organisation.
The upcoming Fezco Fiora Apartment project, spanning over one lakh square feet in Kozhikode city, is expected to be launched soon. Apartment projects near Calicut University and a resort project in Wayanad are also slated for formal launch in the coming months.
In the first phase of Vision 2040, ten projects will be rolled out in the Malabar region. By 2028, Fezco plans to implement 14 additional projects in major Kerala cities, including Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. The expansion will extend to the national level by 2030, with 30 projects planned in cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar. The final phase will see 22 international projects, including townships, developed in global business hubs such as Dubai and Sharjah.
