Travellers planning trips in 2026 can take advantage of Etihad Airways’ newly announced Global Sale, which offers discounts of up to 26 per cent on Economy-class fares across the airline’s global network.
The limited-time sale is open until January 15, with travel valid from February 5 through September 30, 2026. Etihad said the promotion aims to attract travellers to Abu Dhabi while reinforcing the emirate’s position as a major international aviation hub.
A broad mix of destinations is included in the offer, spanning both regional and long-haul routes. Featured cities include Hong Kong, Taipei, Krabi and Charlotte, providing access to popular leisure and business destinations. Passengers booking sale fares will still receive Etihad’s standard Economy cabin benefits, including inflight meals and services.
The sale follows a year of strong operational performance for the airline. Etihad carried a record 22.4 million passengers in 2025, driven by sustained demand and strategic capacity growth. Passenger traffic increased by 21 per cent year on year, while December 2025 marked the airline’s busiest month ever, with 2.2 million travellers.
Fleet and network expansion also played a key role in the airline’s growth. Etihad added 29 aircraft during 2025, expanding its fleet to 127 aircraft, and increased its destination count from 94 to 110, enhancing direct connectivity for UAE travellers across multiple regions.
